The Berrien County Woodworkers Guild was formed to promote the interests of woodworking, to provide sources of information for wood enthusiasts, and to provide meetings and instructional demonstrations. The Guild meets on the third Tuesday of each month (except for December) at a member’s shop or other location of interest. Meetings are comprised of social time, a woodworking presentation, and members showing and discussing recent work. The Guild is open to woodworkers of all levels.

History
The Berrien County Woodworkers Guild originated in 1995 when a handful of area woodworkers got together to share experiences. Each of those individuals brought another interested woodworker to the second meeting. Since then, the growth of the Guild has been a testimony to the enduring appeal of wood as a medium for creative people. Members now come from all over Michiana and beyond as far as South Haven to the north and Elkhart and South Bend to the south.
